Our Story

Established in 2023, Maree Thai is a family-owned and operated local Thai restaurant specialising in healthy and memorable cuisine. The talented head chef prepares all dishes with love and care, drawing on traditional techniques and authentic flavours. However, he’s not afraid to give things an exciting modern twist.

 

Despite its central location in bustling Kaiapoi, the comfortable dining room effortlessly creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It mixes Thai modern with utmost style. Warmed by golden globe lighting, the dark woods, upholstery, and wall panelling achieve utter sophistication.

 

The menu boasts a sprinkling of classic and contemporary Thai dishes. For the perfect light bite to share, you may reach for the chicken satay pieces, crispy spring rolls, curry puffs, or Thai fish cakes.
